Fair Housing




Know your rights!

Especially students-- many property management companies prey on students. Beware of "one month free" scams.

Research the company fully before you even go look at an apartment. Don't be taken advantage of. Remember- no landlords can give you "fines".

Call an inspector from the city if anything goes unfixed.
