Northpoint (LB Prop) building manager Cynthia Landau at 10:30 AM on 1.27.2010 on phone with Trish from New Life Flooring- both decided to tell unprotected workers to keep glue-ing linoleum over old linoleum to cover up black mold eye witnessed by Landau 1.27.2010. Find out their history with LA Housing Authority before renting. For example, Northpoint has gotten "substandard" ratings with inspectors and has open work orders from the city currently.

Also, have your landlord do testing with a certified environmental air quality tester and have mold removal abatement done by licensed removers such as A.D.E. Environmental at 661-212-8928 who will wear haz-mat suits and build plastic containment units.

LB had work orders for painters to remove a wall full of mold, until they were told about California's 2001 Toxic Mold Protection Act.

Do not let landlords strong arm you into not protecting yourself and those around you like LB had Jason Landau and Betty Olaya tell tenants no one would help them with mold and that no other tenants complained of leaks.
