Not having bathrooms is uninhabitable



LB refused to do mold remediation until a case was filed with The Better Business Bureau and government agencies were contacted.

Mold continues to grow in new areas, yet Betty Olaya claims there isn't mold in the air, despite a licensed mold remover stated the work will take at least 4-5 days instead of the 2 he originally thought.

Betty Olaya wants tenants to remain living in the mold infested apartment unit while removal is going on, and does not provide for testing of air quality after the completion of removal.

"You will not have access to your two bathrooms" while mold remediation is going on-

no bathrooms = uninhabitable by Los Angeles Municipal Codes

"You should make arrangements to vacate"- after tenants paid full rent.

LB is in breach of contract for not providing a habitable space as stated in the lease- 2 BR, 2 BA
